Merlin Complete Auto Care

My front tire wobbled a couple months after having Merlin install all 4 new ones. It turned out one of the weights that Merlin had installed had fallen off. The Manager insisted I had driven over a bump to make it fall off, and wanted me to pay for replacing the weight (a 2-minute procedure). To add insult to injury, he said I had to pay for all 4 wheel balancing because they did not know which one was bad.



Had they taken a little time to find out which wheel was wobbling, and charged me for one wheel instead of 4, this would have been half-way fair, considering the weight could have fallen off because it was incorrectly installed.



Unfair and insulting to boot - I'd never go back.
