        Dr. Ann Lavers - Unprofessional and Unreliable

        This doctor is the worst example of professionalism. She is always late and has proved to be very unreliable. She scheduled surgery for my 69 year old mother and after 10+ hours of being left in the surgery waiting room without any food or liquids, she decided to wait until the next day - and was late again! Only to have to go back in the following week for additional surgery because it was not done correctly the first time - and guess what she was late again. Held up the operating room and nurses for over an hour AGAIN!!!! Do not use this doctor.

        Very poor communication skills and is defensive when confronted.
