Goodwill Avon Store & Donation Station

I think that trying to make a killer profit off of donated items is very wrong. The customer who shops there is generally the ones who can't shop the regular stores. The prices are almost the same as Walmart! Silverware was a dollar a piece and we got some brand new at Ocean City Job Lot for the same price. Glasses were a dollar a piece for beat up plastic glasses and I got a beautiful set of glassware for $4 for 6 glasses. I will NOT be back. Oopps! I just realized that it was the new location in Simsbury (sorry I just moved here)

I found the prices to be higher in the Avon Goodwill than any other Goodwill around. Have spoken to many people who were very dissatisfied and will not be going back. I am one of them.
