Budget Car & Truck Rental

I will never be renting from this place again. When we received our rental car it was only 3 quarters full. When we tried returning it we only had it at 3 quarters since thats how they gave it to us. When I called to make sure they were aware of that, whoever answer the phone I think it was Alice, I informed her that the tank was only 3 quarters full. She said she needed the car to be filled up completed, I asked "Why?, when the car was giving to us like that" she then still said she needed the car to have a full tank. Does this place not check before they hand the car over to the customer what milage, gas, trash, dents it has!?!?!?!? Very Disappointed, I don't recommend anyone renting from this place!
