Polar Bear Heating and Air Conditioning

I would highly recommend Polar Bear Heating and Air Conditioning to any one who is looking for a professional and honest AC company. One day after work I found that my AC unit wasn't working right. I called Polar Bear and they were able to send out a tech very quickly. The tech checked out the unit and then explained to me what was broken and what my options were. I found him to be very knowledgeable and his pricing was reasonable. I was very happy with this company

Called in on a very hot Friday due to my AC going out. The gentleman that answered said that he was on call but could not get to me tonight. He did not give a reason. I asked about scheduling a appointment the next day. He said he could not do that. He did not offer any options and provided poor customer service in my opinion. I work in sales and while I know a representative can not always do what is needed they should offer some type of courteous customer service. He could have offered to have someone call me in the morning or set some type of tentative appointment. Something is better than nothing. So much for 24 HOUR service!
