Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baldwinsville/Syracuse

We stayed here August 5th to the 11th. We gave them our credit card to reserve the room and told them we would pay cash we paid cash than after we left they charged our card $115.25 more that wasn't authorized and we left the room in the same condition it was in when we got there!!!!!! You can't get paid twice that's wrong!! Now we are fighting to get the money back. First the manager told me I will have the corporate office send a check and supposedly it was sent on August 10th. We still haven't gotten it. What crap! What makes me more mad is he was like I'm being nice refunding it... Ok well we paid you cash than you took additional money off our card and weren't authorized to!!!!!!!! The Better Buisness Bureau should know how shady you are!!!! We will never stay at another Microtel Inn & Suites.
