        Highly unprofessional and extremely rude. There are plenty of other agents in the area if you want someone reliable. This agent does not care about customer service, nor does her representative Jennifer. They are nonresponsive to important questions, abrasive, and outright obnoxious. She gives the company a bad name. I have placed a complaint with Corporate.
