The selection on the buffet is honestly overwhelming, and while going through it I heard many people saying the same. They have a lot of foods with quality ingredients (shrimp, crab, salmon, quality meats, etc.), and are more limited in their selection of filler foods (rice, noodles, breads, etc.). The food is all good, I wouldn't say great, they seem to tone things down a little to appeal to as many palates as possible.

The service was great, they are always willing to help at the buffet, and they come to the table frequently to fill your drinks.

Well, this place was so much better at the beginning when it was just opened. These days (November 2012 and December 2012) we experienced this buffet not as so pleasant anymore. We went there during the week for a dinner buffet and we experience a lot of food varieties which were not warm anymore. No matter if you serve a meal which is served by a waiter or if you get it yourself from a buffet counter, the food must be maintained warm. We noticed on at least 7 different container that food was just luke warm. Honestly, not very exciting to eat it this way. Let us see if it improves again otherwise the 2 star rating is appropiate and will remain.
