Went to Phillips-Inner Harbor on The Charm'tastic Mile for an early dinner and ordered 2 of the $19.95 Surf & Turf Specials (petite filet & lobster tail). The food was very. The Josh Cellars Cabernet for about $30.00 was a real nice bottle for the price. The Cream of Crab Soup was creamy and smooth with flavor. A great dinner with tip for a about $110.00 dollars. I would recommend this dinner special and give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I would never tell my best friend or any friend in that manner to ever come to this restaurant. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I was with a table 9. Out of all these 9 people, one (3) people had their meals prepared correctly. These were the 3 children we had with us. One child ordered crab legs. One other child ordered chicken fingers and fries. The last one ordered fried shrimp and fries. They had no real complaints. The adult orders were all messed up. I ordered a ribeye steak medium well, it came back totally well done. My 2 sisters and my dad ordered fish and chips. All 3 orders came back looking different, but they all did have one thing in common; their fries were all soaked (when I say soaked, I mean soaked) in oil! I cannot understand for the life of me why 3 orders of the same would come out looking all different. Anyway, this was just the beginning. We asked for a manager, he came and did absolutely NOTHING!!!!!! They did take my sisters order off the bill. That's it. The waitress was the only thing I could actually give the 1 star rating for. She actually had an attitude with us with all the complaining, but she took it almost with a grain of salt.
