I can't recommend Varney enough. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and their office team is kind and prompt with any necessary communication. I trust the product, service, and knowledge they have with any issue that arises.
These people came to our house and totally changed the way the door was hung to accommodate another regular door in our garage. They also replaced the spring in my Mother's garage door and it was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone!
Poor poor customer service. Old lady in the office has no people skills
Had a few experiences in the past. If you want your torque springs replaced, you can go here. If you think customer service is important, DO NOT go here, These folks communicate a less than appreciative attitude towards being a paying customer. I am left that complacency has distorted the buisness model at this provider. Very poor attitude/ telephone skills.
A1 service, called them on friday night he came fixed on saturday he done great job and it was appresiated that it could be on a off day, Thank you so much.
I have two garage doors and both have broken at different times. I called Varney Door Company, scheduled an appointment. They were on time on each visit. Fast with the repair. Sent bill to house and we had 30 days to pay. Great overall experience each time. My dad has used them in the past also without any problems.

Awful customer service; they charged excessively to fix an extremely simple issue (without giving me an estimate ahead of time) and were rude on the phone.
