        I have had an account with this store since shortly after the store opened. i did this to buy maintenance supplies, shingles etc for my rental properties Very very limited problems and returns are made simple by using My Lowe's Card.

        Bought a Samsung washer and dryer with free next day delivery. Delivery never happened ended up having to pick it up myself. They then promised to pick up old appliances next day. Again no one showed up. I had to have someone else take them off. Their delivery service sucks. No call saying they weren't coming, nothing.
