DWS Concrete

Dan gave me an estimate for a patio March 2nd, I liked it and sent him 1/2, $1,475.00. He finally after a month got the permit but did nothing else in the next four months. He constantly blamed the weather for his non-action. Finally in the end of June, I decided to sell my house. I got a buyer who wanted to close July 28th, so after months of him not doing anything I told him to not pour the patio and cancel my contract. I asked him to please deduct his expenses from my deposit and send me the balance. He told me that he charges $1,000 to fill out the single sheet of paperwork the construction department needed and for the $30.00 permit. This is highway robbery in my opinion. He also said he is stuck with the railings he purchased but I know that he can return them for a full refund. He is refusing to send any of my money to me saying that it is non-refundable??? This is not a person that should be trusted, he is not ethical and I would not recommend him at all.

Hands down, Dan is the man! I've called several people saying this and that but Dan was the only one that delivered! My little brick shack in my front yard can live to see another year now.

If it weren't for DWS, my driveway would still be in ruins that people have to swerve over. I'm lucky I found you guys!

I am happy that I listened to my cousin because I had no clue about DWS and the great job they do. I'm big on saving money so I was happy with my quote.

DWS has the best customer service I've experienced. I didn't have to pay a lot and my driveway hasn't looked this good in years.

DWS Concrete and Carting saved my brick wall from having to be completely rebuilt. After my nephew backed into my wall, I lost it. I didn't know what to do other than probably knock the old down and start trying to hire someone for a new one. Luckily, he has done something like this before somewhere else so he recommended these guys and I must say I am happy with the results. They were fast, didn't cost much, and everyone was nice.

Daniel does no work, he sends his son and young helpers.
Daniel well ask for money make up excuses, buys very little supplies.
He did a bad mason work on my house, got paid in full and took off without finishing work.
Please be careful before you hire him to do any work in your house.

DWS completed my concrete work to meet my schedule needs and at a reasonable price. They laid out the job to provide handicapped access while handling difficult drainage conditions. The owner, Dan, was professional and responsive to all of my requests. I highly recommend DWS.
