PINK EYE!!! Below is their response to my email telling them. Did anyone else notice their kids get pink eye after going to chuck e cheese? We had a party at chuck E Cheese and it was a lot of fun, the food was ok, and my son had a lot of fun. The next day we are at the doctor because my sons eyes are itching and he got sick at the store. The doctor says he has pink eye. My son has been sick maybe 3 times since he was born and we didn’t leave the house for a couple days before the party, so I’m not saying it was from chuck e cheese, but ……… Regardless of where he got it, I contacted chuck e cheese and here is the email that I sent to Coralisa.

Guest Relation Complaint
Hello, I'm at work and it's tough to get time to talk because I have meetings on and off, but if you call and I miss your call I'll try and call you right back. I wanted to let you guys know before any other kids get it. We never left the house on Saturday and Sunday was the party and Monday he was at the doctor and they said he had pinkeye. I know what he was playing on that day if you want to clean.”
So Coralisa calls me and tells me I can’t prove that he contacted it there and that everything is cleaned. He was in the hamster cage that the kids play in above the games, so maybe they do clean it, but really how clean is it. Instead of asking me where he was and what day and telling me they will do a deep cleaning so nobody gets it, she says I can’t prove it was there and it’s an airborn virus that he could have gotten anywhere. Lets just say that he got it on the drive there before he walked in to chuck e cheese, I’m 99.9 percent sure that the next kid probably got it from my son. Sorry about your pink eye. Other than that he had fun.

Although my children enjoy the games and the service is wonderful. The staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning the games and the tables. Also, the pizza receipe is so bad. Corporate needs to change the dough mixture.
