Sam's Club

I love this sam's it is in a good location in my area since traffic here is horrible. The lines are unusually long at times but they do good fast. I have never had a problem with this sam's and will continue to shop here.

Do not use this Sams Club for developing your photos. The photo manager who waited on my was very impatient, keep smacking her lips cause I was deciding on some photos. She was very rude, left while I was speaking to her and just plain unfriendly. I don't know who hired her but I'm sure they could do alot better with someone who has experience withe public. The Store manager should replace her, there are more qualified and patient people who would love to be working in this economy.

I went in to pick up a birthday cake, and there was no one in the bakery dept.! Still they tell U to pick up the cake @ 6:30! But thanks to Donald, the guy in the green vest! He found my cake in the bakery, also checked me out @ the register! So.......I had a great experience @ Sam's Club!

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. ZERO!!! I frequent this store pretty often to buy stuff for my workplace. If not for that I would never step a foot in this store again. Most of the cashiers are extremely rude and always have an attitude. I even went to the manager once to complain about treatment I got from a cashier. She acted like a dummy and obviously did nothing to correct the situation. Very unprofessional and this is a store where customers seem to be neither liked or appreciated.

I like the optical center at this Sam's. Jordan, the head guy, is a very personable and knowledgeable manager. No Sam's, however, wins in the customer service category--especially by phone. Be prepared to W A I T and W A I T...

The experience would have been exceptional but the long lines were frustrating.
