Excellent service. At a very short notice - on a bad snow day, Griffin Taxi was able to accommodate our flight schedule and came on time to pick us up. The driver was very polite and drove very safely in bad weather conditions. Strongly recommend Griffin Taxi.

We needed a ride both to and from MBS and Griffin taxi did a great job. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and both drivers were friendly and especially helpful with our luggage.

I would be more comfortable if the taxi driver wore a mask and to know the seats were cleaned after each guest. This protects the passengers.

Griffin Taxi is the only way to go! I called for a pick up at the MBS airport and they said due to high volume it may take some time to pick me but would work on a "Plan B" and call me back. In less than 5 minutes they called back and said there would a drive arriving soon, the actual driver - Dennis - called me and let me know he was about 15 minutes out.
The level of communication with the office along with the professionalism and customer service from Dennis the driver was the best I've ever experienced. From now on Griffin Taxi will be my car service when flying into MSB airport, there's no one better. Keep up the great work GT - Thanks!

A great family owned company in the heart of a big little town. I would recommend Griffin taxi to anyone look for transportation. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the cabs are very clean and smoke free.There's not a lot of company's left that are filled with heart, not something this ones lacking in.

Ive been taking cabs in bay city for several years i just switched to griffin taxi and wish i would have discovered them sooner very professional friendly and prompt i take a cab several times a week and will never take another cab company

Never showed up after I scheduled a ride to the airport - this company doesn’t even deserve one star! Thankfully another taxi service was available and I didn’t miss my flight!
