Kenneth's Paint and Body Shop

I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! The wreckers, Always Towing, associated with Kenneth's Auto Paint & Body were great help at the time of my husband's accident. They were quick and helpful yet as soon as it came to trying to move my husband's truck to another facility everything went sour! It took five days to get the truck out of their lot! This was after speaking to both my insurance, Kenneth's, Always and law enforcement! Needless to say, the rack up on storage fee for my insurance plus the NOT authorized work that was performed on my husband truck!!! They claim to have had my husband's signature on a paper my husband didn't even have a receipt for! CROOKS!!!! This is totally against the LAW!!!! Consumers PLEASE BEWARE!!! My insurance sent a wrecker out to retrieve my car on numerous occasions and they turned him away every time claiming my husband's truck was not ready! We are super unhappy for the awful business and unprofessionalism this CROOK business runs from Brad Martinez to Paul (owner)!!! Rest assure that I'm publishing this elsewhere and at several local businesses including informing Baytown cops to NOT tow any vehicles here! This business takes advantage of everyone that has their vehicle towed there. For one, the customer is shaken up after the car accident and they totally abuse that by taking advantage and having you sign the suppose "release" paper to have your vehicle towed elsewhere then they turn around and claim that you signed permission to dismantle your vehicle then they don't even give you a copy of this....CROOKS that totally deserve to be in jail!!!! We are hardworking citizens to be taken advantage of with CROOKS like these!!! PLEASE, PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BAD BUSINESS!!!! We have the right to go where we please and NO BUISNESS should get upset about this....this body shop got upset because we refused for them to work on my husband's truck and that's why they were dishonest in doing what they did!!! I cannot STRESS enough what a horrible business they are!!!!

im just want to give a heads up this paint body shop is not good at all it takes to long i wait my car 3 months before i have it agian but they promise everyday Paul is such a lier i cant understand how they make a buseness!!!

Just met the most wonderful folks at Kenneth's today! Took the time to talk to me and discuss things. Never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Nicest people you'll ever meet! Can't wait to see them again! Hopefully under better circumstances.

I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU! to every one at Kenneth paint and body. I was in a bad car accident and from the time the tow truck driver (Brad Martinez) showed up everything became easier he was very nice and helpful he calmed me down and let me know it was going to be OK!!! I was pretty shaken up but he did an AMAZING job and made me feel very comfortable about my truck it was pretty messed up and he assured me that it would look brand new after they were done with it.(AND IT DID) they had the truck a few weeks and I talked mostly with JR I dont know his last name but he is the sweetest man ever! he has updated me and made sure everything was perfect.. even after getting my truck back I had broke down in another truck and I called even though it was a little after they closed they sent someone to me right away.. and treated me like family. I am so grateful that they were my rescuers!!



I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!

I can't even express how GREAT of a job that Kenneth's Paint and Body done for me.

My 2010 Camero was involved in an accident on May 7, 2013. I was very upset and they took me in like family and took care of everything. My car was ready in 1 week. Completely detailed and looked and drove better than it was before the accident. They believe in doing business the old fashion way, that is taking care of the customer first no matter what it take. I would advise anyone to take their vehicle there. There staff is the best you will find. TOP NOTCH COMPANY IN BAYTOWN!

I am 100% pleased with the work kenneth's did on my camaro. They treated my car like it was one of their own. They are family owned and operated and i have used them twice before, They worked on my daughter's truck and even fixed a few things that was another shop's mistake. I really apprectiate everything they did for us. I strongly recommend anyone to use kenneth's for anyone looking for work done to their vehicles.
