This company is wonderful. Debbie and Rich went above and beyond to help me today in an emergency. I have used them for all my pond repairs, cleaning, plants, etc. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Have confidence using this company.
great place, they had everything I needed, friendly and helpful, my new favorite spot, I love feeding the fish. Have you seen the size of them?
Huge selection of water garden products. Great Customer service, fantastic advice, great pricing. They tested my water and made some suggestions and showed me what I needed. No hard sell, just advised me and let me make my own choices. My problem was resolved and have been a loyal customer since. Thanks for being there, a fishloving lady.

Sorry to hear that your experience was not a good one, I noticed that the date on your comment was the same as the one below,I wonder if you were traveling together and both of you felt obligated to post these comments. We appologies for making you feel unwanted, I can assure you that is not the case. We go out of our way and strive to accommodate all of our customers, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years. Only go there if you like looking at things cause they will not help you. There is more workers then customers, yet they run around and tell you ill be right with you and go hide. I was there for an hour twice and could not get anyone to sell me something.

I find it difficult to beleive that you were not helped. We are known for excellent customer service.I also find it hard to beleive that anyone who works here would hide from our customers. Perhaps it was an exceptionally busy day and all who were working were already busy with customers who came in before you.
