As a Child, I played the peace maker for my family and longed for there to be peace throughout the world. When I first came to Body N Brain it felt like I was coming home. For the first time I wasn't longing for peace, I was practicing it.

Since starting with Body n Brain yoga, I have seen only positive results in my physical body and my emotional health. I lost 35 #, almost eliminated a history of 30 years of hypertension (down from 4 medications to one) and have increased the flexibility of both my body and my mind, I highly recommend giving Body n Brain Beaverton a try if you strive to take charge of your own well being,

I came to Body and Brain yoga in very bad shape. Physically, mentally and emotionally I was completely out of balance. From my first session, I was amazed at the attentiveness and care from the instructors, as well as the way I felt after the class. Immediately my back was feeling better and my mind was clear as a bell.

Since the first class, it's only gotten better. I'm completely pain free after about 7 years of cronic back pain. My headaches are gone and I can sleep though the night, which has been a lifelong struggle. I now attend 3 nights a week, and I can say it is the highlight to each day.
