Meineke Car Care Center

For a second year, I purchased a CCS card to use at my local Meineke. I have used the card for oil changes and other services. The card is good for 8 free oil changes (no other fees) and discounts on other services. My husband took my car in this morning and was told that if I wanted 5-20 oil, there would be an extra charge. He questioned it and was told that the owner wants the customers charged this because Meineke does not make any money if people do not use other services. The guy at the desk was rude to my husband and told him "we can sit and argue about this all day but your still going to get charged" While I understand each business needs to make a profit, I am not the one who made Meineke participate in these coupon cards. I was offered a value card with services at a specific price and deal and if Meineke valued its customers it would honor the deal. This will be the last time I take my car into their shop!

I had a CCS coupon to use for an oil change and hoping to get an oil change done on my car and apparently nothing was available! The rep told me that nothing was available until Oct 4th or 6th. ( I was like really? for just an oil change???) Wish I would of known this I would of taken my car somewhere else where no appointment is necessary for an oil change like Express lube. The rep told me that only on Saturdays no appointments are necessary and it's first come first serve. Some Customer service this place is!

These guys were great! I know they have had negative ratings in the past, but from what I can tell it's all new employees! Very friendly, personable and honest. I got an oil change for cheap and it came with 4 months of free roadside assistance!
