Mesker's towing and recovery

I called Mesker's about my tractor being stuck in a pond and he was too far away to get to me any time soon. It was 730pm. We were expecting heavy storms that night which would have intensified my problem. Although He couldn't help me right away, he did tell me of a person I could call that might be able to help. The call was a success. Thirty minutes later someone showed up and pulled my tractor out for me. I know it wasn't like my car being broke down, but it just goes to show Ya Mesker's can handle other things than just a highway breakdown, how can you beat someone that can't help you but fixes your problem anyway! I'll keep Mesker's in my personal contacts for sure and be sure to recommend them if anyone has a need for their services. Thank you Mesker's.

My car had broke down in Kentucky on a Sunday at 5:30 p.m! I googles places and was afraid I wouldn't receive help, but Neil came to my rescue! Not only did he tow my car, but he fixed my truck the same day. He added new spark plugs and coils (I have 8). As well as a new converter! He spent his evening with me and assisting me with my truck. I recieved excellent customer service and was able to drive to back to Alabama with no problem! I REALLY APPERCIATE the service he gave! He also gave me advice on my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer. I only wished I lived closure, so he could fix my car if I ever needed him. If you ever get stuck CONTACT NEIL FIRST!! The next day he even texted to check on me and my car. I love a company that follows up with customers, especially with my circumstance at the time. Thank you so much!!!

Team Mesker helped my family and I out in the middle of the night by towing us and a hitched trailer in the middle of pouring rain/cold snap in December '16. Our power steering and some other issues were obvious to us after our truck break down and Neil's team went to work immediately to try and get us back on the road that same night. Our issues required more attention though, but we were kept informed during the process as we stayed in a local hotel. When we did get our vehicle back a day later Neil explained everything that happened and why I should monitor for should anything pop up. I felt confident that the work he performed was reliable, but he topped it off by checking on my family and I the next day as we were traveling from Columbus, OH to New Orleans, LA. Everything was explained and a fair price was presented to me by Neil and that was appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone passing through or locally for a tow and/or automotive work to be performed as we used both services.

Yet another great experience with Mesker Towing & Recovery! They were quick to get my vehicle towed to the Bodyshop of my choice and answered all my questions without fail. I can always count on them rather it be an emergency or not. They are knowledgable about their line of work and always make their CLIENTS best interest the priority. Excellent service and great honest people!! I give 10 stars! I was on my way home from a family reunion that was in Murray on our way home to Michigan with my 3 kids and my mother when we broke down at a rest area at about 5pm.I called Neil Mesker of Mesker's towing he said I'm on my way. 30 minutes later him and his partner were there and picked up my Jeep, and myself, my mother, and my 3 kids and took us to get the part needed and fixed it right there on the back of his tow truck! He was definitely our Angel that rescued us from being stranded. He was very fair on price and did a great job! He even checked in on us a few hours later to see how my Jeep was running which shows that they care about people not just the $.Because of Neil Mesker we made it home safely and I didn't feel like I was a $ sign. Any other place would have charged me top dollar and would not have fixed it that night I would have been stuck paying for a hotel, shop fees and then some! I would recommend them to anyone they are top notch in my book! Thanks Neil you are certainly appreciated!

I just need to tell anyone in the kentuckiana area that Meskers towing and recovery helped when I was visiting my mother out of town from Missouri and got my truck stuck in her yard after a lot of snow melt this past winter and Neil is the most professional and caring recovery business I've ever delt with and seen for that matter. He wenched my truck out while being considerate to all of my truck, even making sure he didn't pull it sideways and mess up the alignment. Thank you Neil, I will recommend your company to everyone who needs help in Kentucky. Very friendly and considerate service, best around.

Mesker's Towing and Recovery came to our home on a Sunday to pull our car out of the snow. They arrived within 30 minutes after the call. My husband was worried about how a tow company would treat the car, but they handled the car with care. They also gave us advice about our next steps of retrieving our wrecked car that is currently located in another town. I am impressed and highly recommend Mesker's Towing and Recovery!

Mesker's towing deserves the highest recommendation, and this is from someone who has never bothered to make a recommendation about any other business.

My daughter and I broke down in what we would call "the middle of nowhere" since we are from Ohio and were on the way to Arkansas. Any place in Kentucky was that way for me. Neil went well beyond being helpful. It is so rare to meet someone who holds honesty and transparency as such a high priority. That is exactly how Neil operates his company. With a dead fuel pump and 8 more hours to drive, he really fulfiilled our need well. Neil Diagnosed the problem correctly in seconds, towed us to his Shop and made us very comfortable. Neil sought out and located the right part, installed it quickly and had us on the road more quickly that I could have imagined. He even called an hour after we left just to check on us.

I was so impressed that I even tried to give him a tip with payment of my bill. Who tips the mechanic right? He earned it but wouldn't even take it. He said that an online review of our experience would be enough thanks. Well Neil, thank you so much for all that you did for us. I even told my daughter inlaw (who is from Kentucky) that now I couldn't tease her any longer with "Kentucky" jokes because I now know how terrific Kentuckians can be.

If there were an option for more than a five star rating, Meskers would have earned it!!!

The world would be a better place if more businesses provided the same level of Customer Service that Mesker's Towing provides. Recently, my F350 dualie was in the shop for a repair. In an attempt to ensure that my truck was repaired properly, I hooked up my trailer and decided to road-test the pair to make sure the repairs was done correctly. Sadly, the company that repaired my truck made a mistake. I found myself stuck with two vehicles; not just one. For a very modest price, Mr. Mesker towed both vehicles to the repair shop AND dropped me off at a car rental location. Mr. Mesker truly exceeded my expectations.
