I would NOT recommend this appliance repair company to anyone. My rating would be less than 1 star. Technician was unethical, rude and argumentative. I called BBB on this business. Plus he overcharged me and argued I was late for the appointment. Missy, the customer service rep was the only positive interaction.

I plan to never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this business unless you enjoy a bad experience.

Unlike others who have posted reviews, my experience with Triple R has been excellent. Right on time, did a great job, and did not charge me an exorbitant price. Have used them twice and they will be my first choice for any future appliance work.

Like the others who reviewed this company, they never even bothered to show up. They don't answer the phone, voicemail is full. Even Kitchen Aid couldn't reach them.

Do not EVER use this company. They delivered the wrong part (fridge door) to my address, after informing them immediately of this they trespassed in my property at night, took part back and tried to extort $650 from me. After getting police involved and initially lying to them, they admitted to taking door and trying to charge me!!! It would not let me rate a zero but what they deserve is to go to jail!

I would not recommend Triple R. Our appliance broke down and the manufacturer dispatched them through their extended warranty. They were supposed to give us a call ahead of time to let us know when they would come, but never did. We were just lucky to happen to be at home at the time they called to tell us they were on their way. Once they diagnosed our appliance, they never told us what was wrong with it, and deliberately didn't order all the parts, only one of them, claiming "we didn't ask them to do it". Since then we have not been able to get a hold of them, it has been weeks and we have no hope of getting our appliance fixed.
