Overall
Service

After hearing how great the food and atmosphere was at 510 Johnny's, my boyfriend and I went in on the evening of Sat, 3/3. What a huge disappointment! After checking in and being told that there was a 5 min wait, I watched the male hostess seat guest of the same party size ahead of us but came in well after us. I never said a word, but I made a mental note in my head. Another 510 Johnny's employee also noticed that the hostess was seating people ahead of us and right in front of us said to the hostess, no, this couple is ahead of that party. The hostess completely disregarded his co-worker and continued to seat others ahead of us. When we finally got seated by the employee who noticed that we were being ignored, we took a few moments to review the menu. A few min later, that same employee returned and asked if our waiter/waitress had come to greet us. I told him, no, nobody had come over to our table. The employee assured us that he would get someone to help us promptly which he did. Seconds later, a waitress arrived at our table, introduced herself but made it a point to tell us that she was not going to be our waitress but that she was just there to get us "started". My boyfriend ordered a glass of water and I ordered a club soda. It was at this point that I expressed to my boyfriend that I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed at this establishment. We decided to cut our loses at this point. I could not sit and dine in a place where my boyfriend would have been spending a decent amount of money and we weren't even welcomed there. I placed a $5 bill under the club soda and we quietly departed. The good news is, we ended up at another nearby eatery which was much more diverse and inclusive. We had a wonderful meal and good conversation reflecting on our experience at 510 Johnny's.

Overall
Unbelieveable food and service!!

The atmosphere was wonderful, great ambience, excellent music. The wait was very long, not sure if its like this all the time, it was our first time eating at Bellissimo's. We had to wait 15 minutes just to be put on the wait list, and the wait was an hour. The music and the very nice people that were sitting next to us made the wait bearable, next time I will make sure to make reservation. But note that there were people who did make reservations and they still had to wait a half an hour to be seated. Now once we were seated, we had the best server, his name was Kim. He was excellent, the food was unbelievable, and the drinks were good. For the price we did get great portions sizes, none of us could finish our food, we had plenty to take home, to enjoy again the next day. The hour wait was well worth it for the excellent service and food, we will definitely be going back again and taking our friends with us. The Hostess were also wonderful very patient, even when faced with very rude people, who saw how long the line was,( out the door) and still yelled at them like it was there fault that the wait was an hour, they still smiled and made the best of it, and the manager who sat us was also great, can't remember his name it was kind of exotic like chavir or something.

Overall
Wonderful experience

My husband and I met some friends for dinner this past weekend and I say you are exactly what Bel air needed. A wonderful experience in every sense of the word. A beautiful building inside and out with great food and a wonderful staff both knowledgeable and friendly! We were greeted by a young man and were escorted to the bar as we waited for our table. The bartenders were friedly and suggested some drinks for us. Sangrias for me and Sharon and the guys got martini's, the drinks were served swiftly and with a smile! We were asked if this was our first time and when we told them that in fact it was she went on to tell us about some of the wonderful dishes on the menu. Your bar is beautiful and cozy with a fireplace and not so loud that we have to yell to have a conversation. We waited about 15 minutes for our table and with drinks in hand were escorted to a large booth in the corner. We were greeted by Melissa and told about the dinner specials and some of the signature dishes she liked. We decided to order the oysters rockefeller and coconut shrimp to munch on as we looked at the dinner choices. The appetizers arrived promptly and we all agreed they were great! Huge shrimp and tender oysters was a great way to start our night. Melissa returned to take our dinner orders and I decided on the Salmon ala Roberto and my husband the crabcakes. Our friends had the lamb chops and the seafood fra diavolo as she cleared our plates she said she would be right back with our bread. She returned with a loaf of hot bread and flavored oil to dip it in yummy! She brought us a huge bowl of salad to share until our dinners arrived. The dinners were amazing huge portions and absolutely delicious

my salmon was cooked perfectly and my husbands crabcakes were the best he's ever had! Our dinner guests loved the lamb chops and the fra diavolo was great. As the server wrapped our leftovers she told us about the dessert selections and we chose the tiramisu and the godiva double chocolate cheesecake. We loved the presentaion on the tiramisu and the cheesecake was awesome as well. All in all from start to finish the whole experience was very impressive we will be back to this great eatery!

Thank you,
