        Easy, Fast Service

        I had a laptop that was giving me a hard time. I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was 400% better by the next morning. I intend to bring all of my problems to Tim going forward. Have a trustworthy service tech is invaluable.

        Tim Tremper and the staff of Computer Renaissance provided an incredible experience for me. They are fast, effective, and honest.



        I purchased a new laptop for my business through Computer Renaissance with ease and confidence. I ordered several accessories for this new laptop and I received a courtesy call to ensure the exact items were being ordered. They also assessed a very old laptop for me and helped me determine that upgrading it would be very cost ineffective.



        This level of service is far above and beyond any other that I have experienced in this field. Not only do I 100% recommend Tim and Computer Renaissance, but I plan to take ALL my future computer needs to Tim.

        Outstanding Service

        Now I know why they were voted Best of Harford.



        Exceptional service by the staff. They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like a dummy. And they got my computer repaired and back to me in one day!!! I'll never take my computer back to a big box store again!
