Chase Bank

If you use this bank, you better have lots of money. If you're poor, I don't recommend this bank. They told me if I had so many automatic deposits I would not be charged a fee. I opened a savings account to compliment so I could put some aside for later in the week. At first they didn't charge me for with drawing from my savings into my checking. All of a sudden they started charging me $10.00 for each transfer. Then I cancelled the overdraft protection. They were paying items even though I had no money in my account. Then charge me 34.00 for an over draft, and another 15.00 for having a negative balance in my account for 3 days. They are all about charging fees, not helping people. I've even applied. In their job summary it's all about selling products, not customer service.
