Very unprofessional, I called in and the greeting was terrible, no hello, no how is your day, just the name of the company. Our home was struck by lightning and I was looking for an electrician to come out and do some tests on our house to make sure that no shorts where in any lines, that the breaker panel was ok. They simply were not interested telling me it would be expensive, my HOUSE WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING, i guess it would be cheaper to have the house burn down due to a short than pay for an electrician to come out and put a voltage meter on each outlet, check the breaker panel for gray marks on the lines and make sure that no burn marks are on points of entry. You are a service company, period!
