Horrible experience. The day I brought my car in, the man asked me if I would be paying in cash. I said, "no." I was the claimant, and the insurance company had already paid me. In anticipation, I used the money on the credit card that I planned on putting the repairs on. I explained this to him the first day. He seemed displeased, but didn't say anything else afterwards. More than a week later I was told that the car is ready, so I said I would pick the car up later. In a little while I get a call from someone else who said that the only time they will accept a credit card payment is if it is self pay. I said that I didn't have the cash anymore, and his response was that I wouldn't be able to pick the car up until I had the cash.
Well, on day one when I told them that I couldn't pay cash, why wasn't that explained to me? I could have taken my business elsewhere. I had a rental that the insurance company was paying for me because I was the claimant, and I wouldn't be able to go to work without a car.
What a disappointment. I hope people think twice before they take their car here.
When I went to pick up the car, I was too livid to even talk. There was a car in my way and I asked if someone could move it. The obnoxious kid said, in rude manner, "That's what I was just going to do. . . " and laughed as he walked into the office.
Horrible customer service, and just horrible people. I already have a call in to the insurance company to tell them that they shouldn't send people there anymore.
