First Chop Suey

The food is always fresh and tasty! Great staff.

I went to this restaurant around 6 on the evening of Sunday January 31, 2016. When I got home I realized the food had a burnt taste. I immediately called the restaurant and was advised to bring the food back. When I returned with the food I was told "we don't give money back". I informed the person that I in fact wanted a full refund and she repeated what she said again and was obviously done. I informed her that I was going to sit thier and inform customers about their polucy of not refunding money when customers are dissatisfied. This woman was so arrogant that she actually said go ahead? It won't matter. Sure enough 4 different people came in and the fact that there was a customer there with burnt food didn't matter. I left after that, but on the way out I saw something that looked like it could have been a mouse.
