        Overall

        We went here to see Santa, it was our first visit there. Every employee seemed happy to be there, they were really friendly. I watched Santa with three kids before mine, he was nice to every single one. The woman helping Santa was a sweetheart too. He didn't rush anybody, he talked and told stories to the kids, let parents take plenty of pictures and even encouraged parents to get pictures too. He held our baby and rocked him and talked to him. He was so nice, he made us laugh and smile. We even bought a baby's first Christmas ornament on the way out because they were so welcoming we felt like we could stay and look around which led us to purchase. We will come here every year for Santa. Great customer service!
