The word satisfaction is bandied about quite a bit in the auto business. We don't like that word. Our goal is to surprise and astonish. Worst used car buying experien...

Worst used car buying experience and customer service we've ever dealt with!



We previously owned a Lexus and was excited to switch to another luxury car, expecting a similar, if not better experence. We couldn't have been more wrong!

Every part of our "Audi Experience" has been tragic; from the sales process to the 'service'.



We scheduled our pick up a week in advance and had all of our info. emailed to the sales person for our paperwork. However upon the scheduled day of sale none of our paperwork was ready for the car we were trading in or the Audi we were purchasing. Furthermore, the car was not detailed, much less washedand ready for us even after the 3 hour long paperwork. B/c the sales process took so long and it was so late at night, we were rushed out and didn't even get to review the car on the lot.



We had supposedly purchased a "Pre Owned Certified Vechile" that after one day driving off the lot, two engine lights came on. We had other cosmetic issues with the car which per 'Audi's Pre-Owned Certification' should also have been fixed prior to listing it as 'Certified', however these were not. It has been a tremendous hassel to have Bernardsville properly take care of any issues that have come up, and no apoligies were ever given, only an excuse or no answer.



We recieved a "final" answer from Banardsville recently, which was that they didn't appreciate the survey we completed (well duh, if you provide a bad experience, you're going to get a bad review - It's your job!) and that "You will never be satisified. with our service" and we were hung up on.



Well, we were ALWAYS satisified with the level of service and communication we received from LEXUS, we are very regretful to have assumed that all luxury car dealers offer the same experience.
