Covington Credit

If you get behind, and even if you call to explain and then get caught back up, the women at this particular loan place, Covington Credit, get really heavy-handed and very condescending to the point of trying to make the client feel incompetent and stupid, even berating clients in front of other clients. Just 4 more payments and we are DONE with Covington Credit forever. It's too bad also, because one lady named Latrice, who sits towards the back is very pleasant and very professional. But apparently, Covington Credit is one of those businesses who believe verbally bullying customers is the most effective way to customers/clients on "on track." These days, there are so many financial companies eager to lend money and who make their customers feel special for anyone to go for money where they make customers feel like dummies who need a "good yellin' at" every now and then. Very unprofessional. I was not acknowledged when entering the business. Over the phone I was over talked and she was very rude. This is the female that seats to the left when entering. The one to the right didn't acknowledge that I was there, so after I sat for about 5 minutes I asked how much longer? At this point she informed me that they were in the middle of close-out and it would be about 15 minutes. Which she should have done from the beginning.
