Their food is great, service is wonderful, and their bar makes my jaw drop. The atmosphere is a nice mix of tradition and modern. Although their 7.99$ All-You-Can-Eat lunch menu is small, it showcases some of the more common and tradition foods. It's a great way to test the waters if you're new to Mexican cuisine :] Also I highly recommend their tortilla soup ♥

If I only had one world to describe the Bethlehem fiesta ole it would be amazing! I don't know where to start so I'll just name a few things there rice is like a meal in itself and is the lightest thing I've ever eaten before sounds impossible but It's true It's so full of flavor and peas and carrots and goodness that it eats like a meal yet is so light and fluffy. The all u CAN EAT LUNCH menu if to good to be true but somehow it is like stepping into an alternate universe when u eat there cause everything is so perfect! All their salsas are made fresh daily and recently I learned that they might make them more than once a day because they make it so good that it might be all gone before dinner if they don't, so freshness is the word at fiesta ole. The atmosphere is cozy warm comforting and the wait staff is nothing but the best I have ever had. Last night I went there yet again and the manager told us that they have a Spanish class on Tue! What a great idea teach Spanish in the best Mexican restaurant ever! Oh and if u are on a budget and really crave Mexican fiesta ole has ur back there too cause their ALL U CAN EAT LUNCH menu allows u to order as many different items off their lunch menu for only $6.99 and they have everything u could desire on their menu from soup my favorite Enchiladas Verda. The management their is very friendly also and always looking to make us happy with our food even though that doesn't take much cause It's already oh so good. Another cool thing about it is it has a full bar but it doesn't disrupt the family seen, there's no loud bums hanging over the bar like u might find at other restaurants LOL. I mean I can bring my daughter here and feel that it is a good environment for her as well. They even sometimes have a live Mariachi band with Violin, guitarrón, guitarra de golpe, vihuela, guitar, trumpet, and singing! All i can say is I wish the other fiesta ole's could meet the high standards of the Bethlehem fiesta ole cause there food and service is un-beatable and they beat I've ever had. I will be back for more fiesta ole over and over again! Reviewed by Sara loved by all food enthusiasts!
