        Make sure they give you an estimate before coming to your home. This way, you can avoid any surprises. They charge a fee just for showing up to give you an estimate. In my case, their charge was approximately double of what had been quoted by their competition.

        awesome customer service

        They gave us space heaters for the weekend we're not sure if we're going to work with them. But we did, and they put in a new furnace on Tuesday morning and fast! The next day we got thank you note with a $20 gift card for Hungry Hobo.
