Customer Service is very good they always speak as you enter the building.If your don’t understand anything the manager Shanique is going to make sure you understand everything to her a ability before you leave the building .There very nice.

I really dont have enough good things about this location. All of the people who work there are SO nice and always have an excellent attitude. They make a point to get to know the customers and have always made me feel more than welcome when I'm there. Knowledgeable, professional, fun, open 24/7, free sodas...everything you can't find at standard banks. I have been using them for all of my banking needs for 3+ years now and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Their Insight card is better than a "big bank" debit card because there are no hidden fees, actual live LOCAL representatives if you have any questions or issues with it, AND they text you everytime there is activity on your card. The text includes the amount (withdrawn or deposited), the business name, account balance and best of all...how many days you have until payday. The text alerts actually prevented me from being a victim of credit card fraud. I was able to freeze the card and the account immediately when 2 strange charges were sent to my phone. Within a few minutes at this Easy Money location they issued me a new card transferred my funds to another account number and sent me on my way. I've heard of other people's banks taking 2-8 weeks to resolve credit card fraud issues. Even their overdraft protection is amazing, no more $35 per transaction fees here. I have always recommended them and will continue my loyalty to them. I have banked with almost every large chain bank out there and no one can even compete with Easy Money and Insight. In a nut shell, I love the company and the ladies at the Green Springs location are the best in the business.
