It's hard to describe how professional and helpful David Ellis and his sons were on this. They had been recommended by my sons piano professors, and were extremely helpful all through the process of finding a piano that suited my son's ability and goals, in my price range. They devoted a great deal of time showing us what was available, without trying to "upsell" us, gave us a great piano at a very good price, and THEN gave me a military (retired) discount. The delivery was made by two professionals who made sure it was right at delivery. All in all, a very pleasant experience leading to a piano I'm sure my son will enjoy for years.
