These people are wonderful! Damage from debris on the interstate truly messed up my NEW CRV. The fine folks at Trussville Collision took my stress and worry away. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Jim, Ernesto, Kim and Hope were friendly and kept me informed about the service. My car is once again like NEW! I just could not believe that in a matter of a week it could look so good. So thankful for these good people! Now, I certainly don't ever want to have damage again but if it happens, I know where to go. Thank you for your help fine people of Trussville Collision.

Byron was great. The window in my car wouldn't go up and I was new in town. Rather than charge me for a new regulator, which would have been easy to do, he found a less expensive way of fixing it and stayed late to do it. I will definitely use them again.

I HAVE BEEN AROUND ALONG TIME AND HAD SEVERAL GO AROUNDS WITH BODY SHOPS, I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED NICER MORE COURTEOUS PEOPLE, I DID NOT THINK YOU COULD GET CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT IN 2010! WOW! THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY GOING BACK AND FORTH, I JUST GAVE THEM THE CLAIM # AND THEY HANDLED THE REST. WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP IT WAS SOOOOOOO CLEAN AND IT HAD A GOODY BAG IN IT TOO! JUST VERY THOUGHTFUL AND NICE PEOPLE THAT I DID NOT THINK EVEN EXISTED ANYMORE. MY CAR LOOKS AS GOOD AS IT DID (OR BETTER... IT WAS CLEAN) BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A "GOOD BODY SHOP" NICEST FOLKS I'VE MET IN A LONG TIME!
