I shop there every week and I haven't gotten any out of date food.

I can honestly say I save alot of money shopping at aldis.

I purchased 4 bags of hot dogs that were out of date. Expiration date was July 23, 2009. I bought them on Aug. 5, 2009. I live 40 miles from there and tried to find a phone number to tell them they need to pull them off the shelf. My daughter ate one and said it didn't taste quite right and we checked the date. I have them all bagged and I will present them to them with the receipt and demand a refund. She missed a day of work because it made he sicker than a dog. They better hope they don't get sued.
