Alliance Mobile-AT&T Authorized Retailer

This is not a certified AT&T store but an "authorized retailer". I've been into this store twice and have been extremely disappointed in the service both times. yesterday I went in and bought a screen protector and asked the employee to apply it for me. Not only did he have to pass it off to another person but the man who did put it on for me placed the sticker on my phone UPSIDE DOWN. I had to redo it myself when I got home and couldn't help but notice that the front of the screen protector was labeled with big bold letters that said "front".
