Waterfall Village

I lived there for one year in a one bedroom apartment. There is no privacy the neighbors are nosey and the old man who rents the place is nasty. The owner lives there too and he is real old and super nasty. Whole apt is electric including the hot water heater located in the closet off the living room. They only pay water and the rent was $1095 per month plus electric bill was $375 in the winter. No air conditioner in the bedroom. Garbage dumpster was so far away. Laundry room was so far away, expensive and always broken. Parking stinks, so far away. Garage was so far away. No visitors allowed if they had a dog. Moved to Rachel Gardens, pay $1250 per month, central air, private entry, washer/dryer in my 1250-sf two bedroom apt with great parking, garbage dumpster is close and management is not nosey. ALSO I HAVE A DOG AND NOW MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CAN COME OVER WITH THEIR DOGS. Love my new place! Hated Waterfall Gardens!
