College Mall Apartments

I will not recommend anyone to rent from them. Their maintenance is very bad. My air condition was broken when the weather was above 90 degree. I call them and write letter to them several times. After almost two weeks, they came to fix. And I was sick because the hot weather. When I moved out, I cleaned very carefully. I change the battery with a new one. But except my $300 deposit, they still charge me more than $200. Total is more than $500. The bill include change the battery fee. I rented Indianapolis westlake department. Also, I rented apartment in TX, and Louisiana, I WAS GET ALL MY DEPOSIT return. Just this time, I had to pay more than $500. So they just care money. They never care their tenant. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE WHO JUST CARE MONEY.
