Chris Hawes is a thief and a liar. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. He will keep your deposit, neglect your apartment, and enter your home without permission. He is as unethical as they come, and completely unsuitable to conduct business. Look around his properties, the dumpster areas and the grounds. Talk to people who already live there, to get the picture. Your information, and security are at risk, he is irresponsible.
