Say goodbye to your deposite. This is my experience with this landlord; i move in the place, looks like people just moved out the day before, not clean mold in the freezer bathroom has scum on it. Some lights dont work (so i had to replace them), Smoke detectors going off because battery where low had to replace.

When ever there is a problem with the house (trust me you will have problems are not well kept) they send a man name Terry over to fix it who isn't very professional, he try to do the work as half a** as he can and it take him 2 weeks to get to do the work after about 5 phone calls.

They do not walk the house with you the first days so what damage the pervious people have cause they blame you so they can keep your deposite money. The price on the website are lower then the price you can rent the places.



You pay about $300 in total for parking in a lot that is not monitored and you leave your spot is taken by someone not paying.



My oppion Stay away if you dont want to deal with all the hassle of getting nickeled and dimed out of your money.
