Print Graphics

Buyer beware. Even though their are two sets of eyes checking the work, only yours matter. I caught a mistake while they were working on a project for me and watched them make the correction. At some point while continuing the work the graphic designer reverted back to the original mistaken text. Since I had already caught the mistake I missed the fact that they had slipped it back in. I didn't notice it again until the work was complete, so guess what, it was now ALL my fault and I had to pay 100% for the work that is now trash and the corrected copies.
I think there should have been some shared responsibility, but I guess that is to much to ask nowadays. I'm sure they won't mind losing my business since all anybody cares about is big accounts. I like supporting local small business and the personal touch that goes along with it but I guess I'll have to resort to the internet print shops like everyone else for this kind of work.
