Around March /April my brother in law called them (multiple times ) finally got a estimate to do their roof. He hired them. They came out and "patched. " a leak spot till they could come to do roof . (It kept leaking still! ) They show up in November /December and finally did the whole roof then they never put gutters back up, just left them by house, and the boss man came and check it off as job done! They were terrible through the whole process!!!!!!!
