Chili's Grill & Bar

Went to this Chilis (after not going to Chilis in over 2 years) for a special occasion, and what I left with was horrible experience. Not only their food was bad (Bad doesn't even describe, it's more towards gross/vomit), but the employees that they have are thieves. I found a dry hair stuck to the plate and they didn't even found it disgusting or even apologize. The waiter gave himself a 50% tip... What?????? He threw out the original receipt and forged my signature... Here is the kicker the so called "Company" needs to investigate... This is something every frequent that Chilis employees do, just type in a search agent Chilis credit card fraud. This is a criminal act, they should fire this employee but what it seems when speaking to so called management it seems that they are all running this scam. This restaurant and all Chilis restaurants are disgusting... I will never,ever, recommend this dump. I can and will do the opposite... If I could give them a 0 I would put tripadvisor doesn't let me. If you still have the courage and decide to give it a chance just beware of your bank account and make sure you dont get a hair on your plate/food.

i have been a cutomer at the chilis on 441 for many years, up until about a month ago. I have noticed that they keep changing the menu, it seems almost monthly and you never see the same staff anymore, and the knew staff seems to think being on their cell phones are more important than taking care of my family. the real reason that im writting this is bc the last time we went was the last time we will ever go. the host sat us down at a booth and with in ten mins the server finally came and got a drink order, but was so rude, but the real issue was that while we were waiting for our drinks a cockroach was crawling up the wall beside our booth, so i as the mom decided between the crappy service and the crawling roach we were leaving. we told the server why we were leaving and instead of getting a manager she said ok....so we left and thats why im writting this review... all in all the service has been horrible over the past few months and now the bugs, someone from the state needs to do a walk through of the restaurant bc if the roaches are in the front where the customer can see them i can only imagine whats in the back...so to all whom continue eating there just look around before you eat......Concerned mom
