        We called Barrie on Monday at ...

        We called Barrie on Monday at 8a.m. and requested service. He promised to arrive on Tuesday morning. At 1p.m. on Tuesday we called after not hearing from him and asked if he was still coming today? He said no he couldn't. No response when asked why he left us waiting instead of giving us notice so we could call someone else. We have sewage backed up for 3 days now, time was of the essence. NOT RECOMMENDED - Horrible customer service and communication!
