        Overall

        going thru a loan application thru this company is horrendous...we have excellent credit, just bought a house, and we are getting a "run around"...we waited till 9 p.m. for delivery and was finally called and was told they would get back with us on Saturday at 10 a.m. when they opened...it is now 12:10 and haven't heard a word from them...this is no way to run a business...

        THESE GUYS DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES!

        Purchased washer dryer set and when I first went to use the dryer door seal was coming off and lint collector was full of someone elses lint!!

        Contacted numerous times, were supposed to schedule to come out 2 weeks ago and never heard from!
