Baird's Dry Cleaners

Took my comforter in to have dry cleaned. When I went in to pay and pick up they said I had already been in to pay for it and pick it up. They no longer had my comforter. They gave it to someone else. Then proceeded to act like I was the crazy one that I would come in again and pay for a comforter that I already had recieved. I would not be going in to pay for a comforter that I already recieved especially if I already paid for it then it would be on my bed! I am so angry with the service that I recieved and how rude they were. Thinking that I must be crazy to come in a nd pick up my comforter. If you ever want to have your items back after getting dry cleaned, don't send them to Baird's Dry cleaners.

I had the best experience with Baird's. I purchased a very expensive wedding dress back east and after my wedding day (and a very dirty outdoor reception) I took my dress to several other dry cleaners and found a lot would not clean it or did not have much experience in cleaning items such as these. I took my dress to the Baird's on Fairview and the store manager was so knowledgeable about the process and allowed me to speak to the person who would clean my dress and everyone just put me at ease. they called my when my dress was done and I was able to look at it before they put it in a preservation box. My dress looked absolutely beautiful. They had cleaned the hem so well, where it was the dirtiest. Thank you Baird's!

I have never been so shocked by a lack of customer service. When I found out that they had lost my expensive items, I figured they would find them, after all how could they loose a big coat. There seemed to be no urgency as I checked in every week when dropping off additional items to be cleaned. After a month, I spoke to the owner and waited yet another month while they tried to find my stuff. I was very patient and courteous to everyone involved, knowing that they would take care of me. Honestly I felt like all I was getting was lip service. When I confronted the owner again,I was dumfounded to find out that she took no responsibility for the loss and now I am out $300. Thanks for nothing ---literally.
