Overall

avoid bittercreek ale house

If you want very average service with average food, then go to Bittercreek. If you like your fries hard, stale, and cold then go to Bittercreek. I guess they like to serve stale hard fries to save money instead of cook up a fresh batch. DO NOT GET FRIES :)
