This new owner has cleaned up Papa Ed's considerably. It's now Pro-Auto-Care, and they are certainly living up to that new name. The owner Greg literally gave me a tour of the place while I was waiting for the mechanic to complete the repairs on my car. He bought a lot of new high tech equipment and is also working with his landlord to repair the buildings themselves. Along with the new sign, they have new mechanics and a new service manager. Their appearance, equipment, and their performance are marked improvements. They even get better parts prices than before. All of their work is guaranteed. I only write reviews after several visits. All of the negative reviews that I read about Papa Ed's were about the previous owner.

papa ed is a joke thats not funny he said he has 4o year of exp yes as a tire guy not a mechanic he says his guy are ASE certified tech but they are not i took my car to them and they charge me 1300 hundred dollars to fix my problem i drove my 3 miles from thear shop car died on freeway call ed back up they were gone had car towed another shop on sat they told me my problem was my my dist coil they fixed it car has fine call ed back said that what they did was corrected and will not refuned my money iam taking the joke to court beware

I came in for a tune up and was told it would cost me $260.00When I came to pick up my car I was told it would be $640.00The owner, Ed told me he didn't have the "time" to callme to let me know of the cost increase. This is a very unprofessional business who takes advantage of hardworking people. I hope that people who conduct buisnesslike Ed's will soon find themselves out of work as their un-trustworthy reputation will proceed. Beware!!!
