Marie, I just found this review and wanted to say I'm sorry you feel that way about our office and address your complaints. First I don't ever remember bad mouthing another chiropractor in town. I live by the golden rule of do others as you want done to you and that is something I would not want done to me. now I do have patients that come to us from other chiro's in town who might tell me what they don't like about the care they were given and I ask that question so we don't deliver the same quality of care. I also would not talk bad about another chiropractor because it is an unwritten rule to stick togethernas chiropractors to not bash each other because as a profession we bet bashed enough by the general public. In response to your next reason that I am cookie cutter I say that it might look like I am doing the same thing on everyone but the truth is I adjust the spine and every person has their spine in the same location so I adjust everyone's back. You might also say the medical doctor does the same thing on everyone because he writes his prescription recommendation on the same prescription pad yet each prescription is different. The same is true for adjustments. I take pride in taking specific xrays on each of my patients, taking the tedious time to analyze each X-ray and then lay outa specific adjustment plan for that patient and the way that their spine is out of alignment. each adjustment is different and as the patient's spine is changing I take re-X-rays and perform re-exams and change where and how I need to adjust. the thing is I do adjust the spine but differently and in different locations for every unique person. I hope I was able to clear some things up for you and would like to further rectify any other misunderstanding you have so that if you ever wanted to come back we can work together in harmony.
